Adjust Order Revenue Proration methods on movements

Need to provide the ability to adjust how revenue/margin are prorated for Orders with Multiple movements.

Today, the system will prorate based on percentage of distance for each movement, but has created challenges for Cross Border and Container moves. We are looking to add the ability to adjust how this proration occurs and are looking for feedback on how customers would like to see this feature operate.
