Bulk Billing for Monthly Billed Clients

Some projects are billed on a monthly basis based off revenue. When we send the Monthly invoice it would be helpful to "link together" the orders that are included in that invoice. Possibly select orders which then create one invoice for all of the shipments. This will help us track which orders have been billed already for projects billed on installments.
